About the role
This individual will be responsible for managing the organization’s HRMS database in Oracle Work & Pay and supporting Business stakeholders with data management and query resolution for HR Data maintenance.

You will be responsible for
 Act as the primary point of contact for HR systems-related queries, providing timely resolution and user support 
-  Respond to queries from Employees/HR SPOC’s in a timely Manner, through the Ticketing tool and Email Support 
-  Ensure Pre-On-boarding and Post-On-boarding activities are completed in a timely manner 
-  Work on dashboard reports with accuracy and timeliness 
-  Understand the Processes of Oracle Work & Pay and update the details accurately in back end system 
-  Activation and De-activation of employees record in Oracle Work & Pay as per stakeholder inputs  
-  Work on Period- End Reports and ensure it is sent to all Business teams in after every Period- End & fortnightly  
-  Understand the Exit process and ensure the clearance are done in a timely manner 
-  SOP’s to be checked frequently and updated whenever required with Line manager approval  
-  Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, including testing and documentation. 
-  Work with WFM/RMG or IT Technology teams to troubleshoot system issues and improve system performance 
-  Work on Ad-hoc Reports as per Business team requirements 
-  Drive CI process improvements and automation initiatives within HR systems to enhance efficiency
