To support Tesco Business Solutions in ensuring accuracy of range and product information on the website, resolve queries and
requests actioned with utmost accuracy and timeliness.
In this job, I’m accountable for:
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:

Follow the Code of Business Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence

Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco processes
-
Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques
-
Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed critical metrics
-
Solves problems by analyzing solution alternatives
- Responsible for ranging for fulfilment centres
- Leading the grocery query mailbox and prioritising the queries as the need arises in line with agreed processes
- Responsible for Taxonomy & Trading
- Mapping requested products into the right categories and working cross functionally to resolve issues
- Running Excel/VBA based Substitution Algorithms on a weekly basis and resolving issues if any
- Perform quality checks as per defined frameworks on all the activities delivered by the team
