About the role
Accountable for monitoring & tracking standards of all entities in Tesco Property. Managing and maintaining up to date information of the entities on the Standards portal that are trialled and installed within Tesco Property.

You will be responsible for
- Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco processes
- Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques.
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's
- Solves problems by analyzing solution alternatives
Ability to understand and communicate store & retail design, graphics, signage artwork & engineering details.
Ensure the right information is shared at the right time for the queries sought by the Project Managers, Design Managers, Engineering managers & Suppliers
Provide the right level access to the users for the Design Portal & ensure the portal is available during business hours and communicate any technical issues with the users accordingly
Attend Design Standards Governance and capture the right output for monitoring the Project Progress
Ensure regular communication is shared with the users & wider business group of the latest published standards
Manage and monitor the trial projects and follow up for completion as per agreed timelines
Validate standards & details as per the agreed timelines and track the KPI's
Ensure Design Portal is up to date with all the necessary details are as per Tesco guidelines
Support Design Managers & UK stakeholders to update the right information of the entities on the portal for trail and standardization
Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed metrics & provide data as requested
Delivering of high quality design standard documents as per business needs
You will need
Bachelors Degree. Preferred experience in Retail Design
