You will be responsible for
Ensuring data protection and subject access requests are logged, analysed, information obtained and providing
appropriate responses in order to minimise the risk of unlawful disclosure to ensure that statutory deadlines are met to
prevent ICO complaints and breaches, always putting the customer first
- Logging, fully investigating and following advice and agreement, responding to Information Commissioner Office
complaints relating to Subject Access requests, ensuring that the given ICO timescales are adhered to
- Liaising with Law Enforcement Agencies, Government bodies, outside organisations & customers for data requests
- Providing basic data protection advice and guidance to the UK business and to customers when required for data
requests relating to criminal activities and Subject Access requests in consultation with Group Security/Group Legal
- Producing evidential statements relating to data requests for Law Enforcement Agencies and outside organisations
- Supporting Corporate Investigations team by providing research from Tesco systems and open source
- Managing my own priorities and workload to ensure what we do is right for the customer and continuously building
and sharing knowledge and experience
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
