Treasury middle office and reporting provides business insights to senior partners for strategic financial decisions. This stream defines a career path that involves analysis of Cash, Debt, Interest cost and Risk management.

You will be responsible for
- Understand corporate cash management and work closely with Front office team
- Ensures team is spreadsheet and databases policy compliant
- Basic understanding of fundamentals of Financial/Derivative products to timely and accurately delivery of reports
- Draws on own expertise to contribute to the report that improves content and structure to support decision making
- Be aware of information sources from own area and have the ability to interrogate systems to source the relevant data in a timely manner
- Documents and updates the process of preparing reports to ensure sustainability
- Finds opportunity for automation and simplification and delivers it through self or with help of experts
- Challenges the quality and reliability of the reports to ensure information is accurate
- To be able to gain partner Confidence
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Understands business needs and in-depth understanding of Tesco processes
- Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed metrics
- Solves problems by analyzing solution alternatives

Technical Skills
- Financial Management (Cost of capital, NPV, IRR)
- Financial Modeling (Data Analysis, Graphs etc)
- Treasury Operations (Liquidity, Swap, FX & Money market etc)
- Openlink or other treasury management systems
