You will be responsible for
- Developing and leading a high performing team, creating an environment for success by setting direction and coaching them to succeed through inspiring conversations every day. (Refer to the expectations of a manager at Tesco PLC the minimum standards) - Initiates and designs continuous improvements initiatives to drive performance within their teams
- Lead project and program management in coordination with the Head Acquisition, A&E for enabling all effective and timely transition and change management of new market, areas and processes
-Accountable for all the work done in Retail Partnership, Asset, Leasing, and Property Lease Management processes.
- Accountable for achieving teams objectives, stakeholder management and escalation management.
- Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans.
- Collaborating with UK Asset & Estates team to deliver processes on specialized areas like Retail Partnerships, Property Lease Management, and A&E Leasing and Property Asset Management Support Streams.
- Liaising with external partner, consultants and internal colleagues to ensure accurate and timely process implementations.
- Monitoring current and future workload to identify resource requirements and collaborate to agree task priorities in order to ensure accurate and timely stages of reviews, valuation, consent/approval and sign offs. - Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans.
- Diagnose and recommends solutions to operational challenges, using specialist knowledge and operational expertise.
- Evaluate risks and collaborate with relevant teams to mitigate.
You will need
Preferred background in Change, program and finance processes, working closely with Estates teams
People Management - Responsible for training and building a team in TBS to deliver the all specialized A&E processes
