We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will define market leading experience for our customers to drive higher customer conversion and repeat shopping behaviours by bringing a step-change to the shopping journey on Tesco.com website and Tesco Grocery Shopping App. As a subject matter expert in customer experience, you will work with Customers, Business stakeholders, Technology and Design experts and several other product managers across the network to deliver exciting and critical business and customer outcomes.

- Understand key user personas, customers segments for the product and their pain points.
- Accountable for the performance/ adoption of the product and responsible for the Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs)
- Prioritise work and decisively resolve trade-offs with peers and senior leaders
- Effectively document and explain new requirements to the engineering team using user stories with acceptance criteria and help the team in breaking down complex work into smaller, deliverable chunks of value that can be delivered faster.
- Steer sprint/ release planning sessions by working with the engineering counterparts to plan sprints/ releases that deliver maximum business value in least effort
- Drive the acceptance and adoption of ideas and improvements with product teams and engineering stakeholders
- Provide direction to cross functional team (s) on short-term tasks/ near-term priorities
§ Building strong collaboration with several teams and stakeholders including Operations teams, 3rd Party Partners, User experience (UX), Data Science, Engineering teams etc.
§ Strong judgement in assessing opportunities, insights and data to establish emerging customer needs
§ Leadership and direction setting for cross functional team(s) with decision making on near-term priorities versus long term strategic path.
§ Influencing your teams and stakeholders to drive change and product driven value creation.
§ Experience in product management of Front-End products (e.g. Websites and Mobile Apps)
§ Experience and understanding of agile techniques to deliver market leading products
§ Experience in managing products across different stages of the product lifecycle
§ Experience in Online Shopping and E-Commerce is preferred but not mandatory
