You will be a technical leader for your teams and others will regularly come to you for mentorship and support. You should be comfortable in both supporting other engineers in their delivery and taking the lead on key features as appropriate. You will deliver multiple projects that move the needle for the business. You have demonstrated technical breadth and depth; You are an expert in my domain. At this level you display a high degree of ownership for the work conducted by the team. You are accountable for the quality of every result; produced by individuals and teams. Externally you represent the best of Tesco Technology to attract new talent and encourage interest in our organisation. Qualifications: 1. Knowledge on ReST API using Spring/Spring Boot is must. 2. Knowledge of SOLID principles is must. 3. Good understanding of Docker and Kubernetes 4. Good understanding of Kafka; Distributed Cache; Elasticsearch; SQL DB and NoSQL DB 5. Good knowledge of public cloud like AWS/Azure/GPC 6. Good in Analytical and Problem solving skill 7. Good knowledge of CI/CD 8. Knowledge of Agile and scrum ceremonies.
