The Role - SDE III (Software Development Engineer III) Full Stack


We’re looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer (SDE 3) to design, develop, and scale intelligent web applications that leverage modern frontend and backend frameworks along with Generative AI capabilities. You’ll work closely with product, design, and machine learning teams to deliver secure, performant, and scalable applications that redefine user experience and productivity.

You will be responsible for

Responsibilities

  • Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and contribute to technical design documents.

  • Partner with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and user journeys.

  • Drive technical discussions and decisions across cross-functional teams.

  • Take a defined problem and come up with the design / implementation with minimal guidance  

  • Have good domain knowledge and deliver with more autonomy

  • Continuously Learn and apply technologies, techniques and methodologies that add value to the team and the overall portfolio.  

  • Fully participate in team retrospectives and other team ceremonies 

  • Identify value of tasks & always work on the highest priority items 

  • The role expects high standard of engineering excellence with practical experience in building and maintaining internet-scale applications and services.

  • Nurture highly effective relationships with internal business partners such as product management, technical teams, systems operations, and service and support.

  • Part of OnCall ROTA to support the application 24/7.



You will need

Qualifications - Desired Work Experience

  • At least 6+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer.

  • Deep expertise in React (Hooks, Context, Redux or equivalent) and Node.js (Express/NestJS).

  • Strong experience building and consuming RESTful API’s.

  • Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, CouchBase).

  • Demonstrated strong expertise in designing, implementing, and scaling event-driven systems using messaging frameworks like Kafka.

  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

  • Hands on experience in building, managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters.

  • Strong grounding in data privacy, security, and compliance, especially with AI.
