About the role
-Designing and creating interactive training solutions to support Technology applications.
- Work with Product Managers & Subject Matter Experts to ask questions, capture the process that requires building
- Providing advice and recommendations to Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts on the best way to build a
process using the variety of tools Walk Me has to offer, of the upmost quality and championing the need for Guide Me
- Working with Walk Me Editor and a variety of Tesco used applications to create the solutions
- Being the 'go to' person/advocate for Digital Adoption on how best to deliver and manage Guide Me solutions
- Support development of the Guide Me center of excellence and championing this with colleagues
- Sharing insights, learnings and engagement with Guide Me and Technology team to improve business wide change
- Managing Change Requests as part of Change Management when tickets are raised to the Guide Me team
- Carryout maintenance of all content, trouble shooting issues to ensure its working as intended and remains relevant
- Delivering all solutions with security at the foundation, understanding agile and exhibiting those behaviours
- Understanding security workings provided by Walk Me and data modelling behind it, being able to configure the roles
- Keeping Walk Me skills up to date and keeping track of new technologies in this space
- Operating in existing area, resolving issues using procedures & my knowledge and the knowledge of others
- Being able to support application availability with 24/7 on call support and rotad as required

You will be responsible for
- Experience in basic web development with CSS /
HTML / jQuery
