About the role
Technical Programme Manager (TPM) lead IT projects focused on Finance area mainly related to Central European products. Engaging and partnering Product and Software Engineering to deliver complex, cross-functional programmes that support our colleagues and enhance customer experience. TPM also contributes to broader Group initiatives, managing specific workstreams within the CE Finance domain.

You will be responsible for
As a Technical Programme Manager in Finance Tech team, you will:
- Lead projects from planning through execution to successful finish.
- Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Product teams, other Programme Managers and external vendors.
- Be the connector between stakeholders, keep project teams aligned and accountable.
- Keep momentum high, engage teams, track actions, help everyone stay on course.
- Own and regularly update project plan using tools like Jira, Planview, etc.
- Manage risks, issues, escalations, and budgets.
- Present project updates and key insights to senior management, ensuring clear visibility and alignment.
- Track KPI’s and ensure delivery meets business goals.
- Coordinate resources and influence technical direction.
- Play a key role in embedding GDPR, finance policies and cyber security practices into project delivery.
- Facilitate transparent communication and governance framework.
- Contribute to functional design, testing, and day-to-day support.
- Share your expertise and help evolve our programme practices.
You will need
PREREQUISITES FOR THE ROLE
- Experience with project management, ideally within a Technology or Finance environment.
- Finance background is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of IT delivery process and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience in project management, ideally in Tech or Finance environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with project tools like JIRA, or similar project platforms.
- Solid understanding of agile delivery methods.
- Ability to manage risks, budgets, and KPIs effectively.
- Highly organized with a structured approach to planning and execution.
- Confidence in leadership skills, influencing, prioritization and decision making.
- Technical awareness to collaborate with engineering teams.
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English, willingness to travel occasionally.
ADVANTAGE WOULD BE:
