We're looking for a forward-thinking
Technical Programme Manager (TPM) to help drive continuous improvement across a dynamic set of property technology initiatives. This role sits at the heart of innovation—delivering short-term business value while enabling long-term, sustainable operations. You'll be instrumental in aligning technical solutions with strategic goals, supporting growth, and enhancing resilience across our estate. In this job, I

·       Lead high-stakes programmes crucial to Tesco’s day to day success as well as creating a foundation for future strategic initiative in the Property domain.

·       Shape and define projects with ambiguous scopes.

·       Develop and track plans to achieve programme goals, keeping everyone informed.

·       Perform project budget/financial and resource management.

·       Mentor and guide teams, providing expert advice on delivery.

·       Balance best practices with Tesco’s priorities to find optimal solutions.

·       Anticipate risks, manage escalations, and improve delivery methodologies.

• Proven track record in delivering tech and infrastructure projects across multiple teams and geographies

• Ability to define processes and manage stakeholders effectively.
• A comprehensive understanding of the property sector is advantageous.
