About the role
Provide reporting and analytical support to the Funding and Markets teams at both Group and entity level. Act as a key liaison between central teams, Group functions, and local Finance teams to ensure alignment and insight. Support Treasury activities across TISL and Tesco Bengaluru, contributing to effective financial management and decision-making

You will be responsible for
- Provide analytical and reporting support for funding and balance sheet activities
- Develop and maintain in-house models for long-term liquidity and credit metrics in line with rating agency methodologies (for Tesco Group and entities)
- Coordinate and produce reporting for the Funding and Markets team
- Support the annual Group Funding Plan, as well as intercompany funding and repatriation plans
- Provide specialist Treasury support to TISL and Tesco Bengaluru businesses
- Contribute to wider Treasury initiatives, including Treasury Simplification and Business Resilience
- Provide analysis and support the production of Treasury approval papers (e.g. Dividend papers)
- Act as a key liaison with FP&A and Treasury Accounting teams to ensure alignment across forecasting and budgeting activities
- Follow the Business Code of Conduct at all times, acting with integrity and due diligence
You will need
- Strong analytical finance experience with proven fluency in financial fundamentals and the ability to generate clear insight
- Demonstrates big picture thinking, applying specialist Treasury expertise to support effective decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and meet tight deadlines
- Professionally qualified (e.g. CIMA, AMCT) with a solid understanding of risk management, control, and compliance
- Acts with integrity, building trust through adherence to strong governance and the Business Code of Conduct
