WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT

Please note that the position is fixed term!

We are the biggest team in the Head office. Trade negotiations are our daily bread. We buy products from our suppliers to satisfy our customers. This is our purpose. We are not only responsible for buying but also selling of goods and their quality. We also create plans for display of products.

  • You create the buying strategy for a specific product range
  • Based on insight you analyse and create plans that support to achieve your financial KPIs
  • You maintain and strengthen relationship with our suppliers, and You are in daily touch with them - it is up to you to negotiate the best price and quality
  • You continuously search for new sourcing opportunities
  • You monitor the actual trends and competitors
  • You cooperate with colleagues from other teams on promotions, products' display etc.
  • Your goal is to reach the financial targets
You will need

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • At least 1-3 years of buyer/procurement experience, preferably in retail
  • You can easily communicate in English (both oral and written)
  • You work well with MS Office (especially Excel)
  • You will not make it without excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • You are all about customers
  • You are a team player
  • You are not stressed when things do not go according to plan
  • You are a strategic thinker
