HOW IS WORKING IN THE MARKETING TEAM SPECIAL?

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Responsible for the end-to-end marketing to drive market share and brand perceptions across the CE region via multi-channel effective and engaging campaigns. As a CE Marketing Manager, you"ll be part of the team that creates the Customer Calendar for the region, develops and creates comms to give our customers reasons to choose Tesco more often.
- Building and delivering strategic plans that support customers, strengthen the Tesco brand, and drive sustainable business growth.
- Developing clear, insight‑driven strategies that define the business opportunity, outline desired behavioural changes, and shape how campaigns and events come to life across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Analysing customer and financial insights to stay on top of key trends and make confident recommendations on where to prioritise investment for maximum impact.
- Using strong influencing and storytelling skills to energise and inspire stakeholders at all levels, presenting confidently in senior governance forums.
- Building strong relationships across the organisation and leading cross‑functional collaboration to align teams and deliver integrated plans.
- Inspiring agencies and external partners by providing compelling briefs and co‑creating effective communication approaches that support key priorities.
- Working closely with Country Marketing teams to develop integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, including the creation of toolkits and implementation guidance.
- Partnering with the Insight team to set clear objectives, track performance, and optimise the marketing mix to ensure continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- University education
- Advanced level of English (C1)
- Min 4-6 years professional experience
- Crafting and delivering a marketing brief
- Developing and deploying integrated campaigns, inspiring briefs and feedback, Developing impactful multi-channel comms
- Demonstrable passion for retail.
- Cross-functional team leadership.
- Developing marketing propositions across the 6Ps.
- Assessing and giving feedback on strategic and creative work
- Stakeholder Management
