- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure all requests are processed on the system
- Understand business needs and Buying Operations relevant processes in depth
- Ensure that all transactions related to Buying Admin are delivered
- Have the knowledge and confidence to use the process-related functions of systems
- Need to ensure all records are accurately maintained
- Deliver the work based on standard operating procedures defined for each of these processes
- Be accountable for all the activities and processes throughout the area that are required and detailed in process description documents
- Have regular follow-up activities on ongoing queries and open cases
- Being able to handle day-to-day administration and tackle ad-hoc tasks
- Ensure that all the administration of team mailboxes and reporting systems are done daily by the agreed time
- Able to deliver agreed timelines, demonstrate speed and accuracy
- Successfully collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Advanced Czech or Slovak
- Advanced Hungarian
- Minimum High school education
- Basic Computer Skills
- Experience using MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Experience in balancing priorities in a changing environment to meet deadlines
- Willingness to relocate to Hungary
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential
Within Tesco Business Solutions & Technology Customer & Product function supports the Central European Commercial buying teams - responsible for goods purchased for resale. Our team in Budapest works together with the Buyers, Buying assistants, Category managers as well as other, connected parts of the retail business in the area of Supplier listing, data modification & contract management, Invoice query management, Commercial margin recovery & system support. Our team consists of 25 multilingual colleagues providing services in the above business areas for the Czech, Slovak & Hungarian markets.
