With over 330,000 colleagues across Tesco, we have people from every walk of life in all parts of our business, representing the diverse communities we serve. At Tesco means we are committed to the experience that whoever you are and whatever your background, we always want you to feel represented and that you can be yourself at work. In short, we’re a place where Everyone’s Welcome. In addition to strategic business-led initiatives our six colleague networks are driven by colleagues, for colleagues. Our Colleague Networks amplify, consult, and celebrate colleagues across every part of our business. Central to our strategy, these networks offer support and guidance across six key areas: Armed Forces, Disability, LGBTQ+, Parents and Carers, Race and Ethnicity, and Gender Equality. They create spaces for colleagues to share challenges, explore career growth, and connect with like-minded individuals.
