Responsibilities:

You'll be a part of a warm, professional team that supports via phone or e-mail both customers and colleagues across multiple countries. Whether it's answering questions, solving small issues, or just making someone's day easier, you'll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.

  • Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and General Customer Service for Slovakia, Czech Republic and Hungary
  • Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
  • Taking ownership of the issue
  • Escalating contacts efficiently
You will need

For this role you will have:

  • Graduate/ high school education
  • Advanced Czech or Slovakian and Hungarian language knowledge
  • Intermediate English knowledge
  • Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest
