- Support gathering of ideas for dTube functionality improvement from Operations users and relay to the Business Change/ Technology Team.
- Support the development and deployment of new functionalities and projects implementation of dTube, including translation, testing, updating eForms and briefing users.
- Implement the change management cycle of eForms including design, translation, implementation, briefing users and informing SMF and Operations reporting about the impact of the change.
- Support the operations team to deliver causal activities or business process changes, which require enhancement or special setting of dTube.
- User management of dTube.
- Bringing together operational teams to ensure all deliverables, activities and tasks are completed on time, to agreed quality standards including standardizing and reporting of KPI.
- Collaborate with central teams within Business Services such as Transitions, Transformation and dTube team to deliver standardized reporting from People Services and drive sharing of good solutions.
- Support change impact assessments within the People Services function resulting from projects and initiatives undertaken as a part of Tesco Business Services.
- Support the CE People Services team with data analytics, creating new reports and insights.
- Undergo the Continuous Improvement learning journey. Also, develop individuals within the team to set up a continuous improvement culture. Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy and avoid payroll leakage, thereby save cost.
