About the role
We are looking for a Devops engineer to support our Developers, infrastructure, Security and Operations in retail world. You will work with a team of highly skilled developers, Architect’s and product managers throughout the entire software development life cycle of the products we own.
In this role, You should be able to work with an agile fast paced work environment who focus on quality, security and the end user impact. Responsible for deploying and maintaining our cloud infrastructure in Aws and Azure.

You will be responsible for
- Monitor and support Azure-hosted data platform components (AKS, Kafka, Azure SQL, Databricks, etc.)
- Troubleshoot issues across multiple integrations: API-based, File-based (PGP/FTP), Legacy, XCOM, Fusion.
- Manage and support GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Administer and automate AKS cluster deployments using Argo CD and GitOps practices.
- Implement monitoring dashboards using Azure Monitor, Prometheus/Grafana, and custom health scripts.
- Work on platform-level security, secret management (Key Vault), and RBAC/IAM access control.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and enterprise security policies.
- Participate in incident triage, RCA, and proactive platform improvement.
- Support cost optimization initiatives and resource right-sizing.
You will need
Must have:
- Strong Azure fundamentals: Networking, Storage, Monitoring, Identity.
- Hands-on with AKS, Argo CD, Kafka (Apache or Confluent), and GitOps.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines – GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Proficient in Linux scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell).
- Familiarity with PGP/FTP, REST APIs, and file-based ingestion.
- Monitoring: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR, audit readiness, and platform compliance.
Good to have:
- Experience with Terraform or Bicep (Infrastructure as Code).
- Knowledge of Databricks, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse.
- Cost management experience with Azure cost dashboards and resource optimization.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow for operations tracking.
