You will be responsible for

HOW IS WORKING IN THE TESCO BUSINESS SOLUTION TEAM SPECIAL?

We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019. Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, people and payroll services, colleague and customer engagement, customer and product, enterprise analytics. Our young and dynamic teams are driving and accelerating changes on a global scale, so it is important for us to find colleagues that are open to learn and develop themselves. WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT:

  • You manage an agreed SLA (Service level agreement) in Payroll & People as well as Attendance systems.
  • You prepare or update application documentation and maintain it according to company's standards.
  • You train or support training of users and you reply to user queries.
  • You analyze and recognize users' needs, existing processes and I report problems concerning the system and interfaces to recommend and provide solutions for effective support and the optimal system usage.
  • You communicate with system suppliers, Finance Department and closely cooperate with Technology team.
  • You create user accesses to people systems for Hungary according to data security regulations and company policies.
  • You deal with requirements from management and prepare ad hoc reports.
  • You prepare basic control reports from Payroll & People systems.
  • You provide data control in system and propose solution and solve any irregularity found.
You will need

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Czech or Slovak native speaker
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in an HR system-related position
  • Knowledge of Labour Code
  • Understanding of GDPR guidelines and practices
  • Good analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Familiarity with TESCO systems (EGJE, ANET) is an advantage
  • Experience in setting up the processes
