"WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT
- You partner with the Central Europe (CE) market leadership team and the CE People Director to deliver an excellent talent offer that gives colleagues the opportunity to thrive, responding to EVM. You provide technical expertise to functions, building and adjusting local talent plans using EVM and other feedback channels.
- You support the CE People Director in running talent planning sessions with market or business unit leadership teams.
- Where appropriate, you collaborate with functional talent partners to contribute to a Group-wide view of local functional talent, supporting key moments in the talent cycle such as Group Functional Talent Planning.
- You work with local CE partnering teams to ensure the talent and performance cycles are delivered to colleagues within the market or business unit you manage.
- You support managers and leaders in embedding the Your Contribution framework and fostering a high-performance culture, creating local implementation plans where needed.
- You accelerate the development of diverse talent (including early careers) to meet our DE&I aspirations by ensuring all talent conversations focus on diverse representation, tailored to local needs.
- You work closely with the Group Talent Practice of Expertise team to inform blueprint design and ensure excellent delivery of talent processes.
- You champion internal talent movement across functions and business units by collaborating with functional talent partners and other talent managers across Group markets and businesses.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Experience with People/HR operational and talent development required
- Succession Planning, resource Planning and partnering experience
- Relationship management, partnering skills,
- Communication & storytelling skills (including spoken and written English)
- Big picture thinking, influencing skills, planning & time management
- MS Office knowledge
- Communicative level of English (B2+)
