About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Trader to join our cross-functional Squad to resolve how best the squad can support delivery of OKRs whilst also contributing to the tribe's overall output including the creation and delivery of commercial plans, trade propositions, customer engagement and base management strategies.

You will bring individual expertise to deliver for the customer at pace using short cycles of experimentation with a ‘fail-fast-learn-fast’ attitude. You will participate in all squad ceremonies and events, raising impediments as soon as they are identified to facilitate organisational flow.

The Commercial Trader will embody an Agile approach to contribute to the growth in Agile maturity of our business. Inspecting and adapting their way of working for continuous improvement and working in cycles of sprints, using priorities set through the product backlog.
