Informace o roli

We have an amazing opportunity for an Associate Product Manager to join the Tesco Store Colleague Experience Product Team, part of the wider Stores Product Team. Our mission is to make work easier for our colleagues in store, helping them serve customers through simple, effective colleague-facing tools, experiences and services.

You will work alongside other Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Data Analysts and Technical Programme Managers to help define the vision and strategy.

This role covers a number of areas, including improving the colleague experience to help store colleagues efficiently manage stock availability for customers. A key focus is supporting the transformation of replenishment in store, helping colleagues replenish stock more effectively through improved processes, tools, and data-driven decision making. You will also contribute to how inventory and product data is captured, maintained, and shared across enterprise platforms, helping to improve the accuracy and reliability of stock information across Tesco. Together, this work supports the wider transformation of how stock is managed and replenished across Tesco stores in the future.
