As a Service Support Engineer within Tesco Property Maintenance, you'll help deliver industry-leading maintenance support across our Petrol Filling Stations. Working remotely, you'll provide technical expertise to support reactive and preventative maintenance activities, helping to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Using data, systems, and your engineering knowledge, you'll identify trends, improve maintenance performance, and support field teams in delivering excellent service. You'll work closely with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders to overcome challenges, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a safe environment for customers and colleagues.
This is a remote role with occasional visits to sites across the UK.

Join our Property Maintenance team as a Service Support Engineer, where you'll play a key role in supporting maintenance operations across our estate.
- Providing remote technical support to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues.
- Using data and systems to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Working closely with field teams, planners, and contractors to optimise service delivery.
- Developing and supporting incident investigation and continuous improvement activities.
- Undertaking site visits when required.
- Ensuring stores and offices remain safe and compliant environments.
- Supporting the delivery of repairs within agreed timescales.
- Prioritising customer, colleague, and community welfare in decision-making.
