About the role

One Stop are recruiting for a Franchise Launch Support Manager to support the successful transition and launch of franchise stores, ensuring they open on time, operate legally, and meet required retail standards. The role is key to delivering training, driving compliance, and working cross-functionally to minimise risk, protect the brand, and enable strong store performance.

You will be responsible for
  • Support stores through the Epos go Live training program 
  • Support stores through the Off-Site training program 
  • Complete Closure visits in stores going through the transition process 
  • Support & manage the Store Launch process collectively with property Store Launch manager 
  • Ensure that the store is trading legally throughout the process 
  • I take accountability for the new store I am involved in and ensure that they open on time and with highest retail standards 
  • Ensure that the Franchisee has been `signed off` on EPOS training program 
  •  Ensure that the store has access to all training guides & information 
  • Ensure all signed training documents are returned to the office 
  • Ensure that Franchise store complies with the One Stop WOWs as per the Operating manual guidelines 
  • I support my stores through the transition process and review their training progress at each visit 
  • Work cross functionally with all Franchise functions to ensure a smooth transition 
  • Give honest feedback to my line manager about my stores & celebrate success 
  • I feedback to the SLSM & BDM about any legal issues or concerns that need to be addressed with the Franchisee 
  • I am seen as a role model and `go to` person for Franchisee`s throughout the process for them 
  • I share best practise and knowledge with my colleagues 
  • I am always professional and an ambassador for the business 
  • I attend quarterly team meetings and attend training courses relevant to my job role 
  • I have a flexible approach to my working pattern and work closely with the SLSM and my team to do this 
  • I manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers
