We're looking for an ESG Reporting & New Regulations Manager to join our Group Finance team and help shape Tesco's response to evolving sustainability reporting requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in preparing for new regulations, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EU Taxonomy, while supporting the development of robust ESG and People reporting processes. Working across Finance, Sustainability, People, Technology and Communications, you'll drive improvements in reporting, governance and assurance readiness.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary.

- Supporting Tesco's readiness for CSRD reporting and tracking delivery against key milestones.
- Working with internal controls and assurance teams to ensure reporting processes are robust and audit-ready.
- Developing new methodologies and data solutions to meet emerging ESG reporting requirements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to embed new reporting processes and ways of working.
- Partnering with the People Reporting team to strengthen reporting, governance and validation activities.
- Supporting year-end ESG reporting to ensure disclosures are accurate, supportable and delivered on time.
Amire szükséged lesz
- Experience in reporting, governance, regulatory change, finance, sustainability reporting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business processes.
- Experience working in a controlled reporting environment and supporting assurance activities.
- Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy or ISSB, or a strong interest in developing expertise in this area.
