You will be responsible for
Manage an agreed SLA in Payroll & People as well as Attendance systems.

  • Analyse and recognize users' needs, existing processes and I report problems concerning the system and interfaces to recommend and provide solutions for effective support and the optimal system usage. 
  • Communicate with system suppliers. 
  • Prepare / update application documentation and maintain it according to company's standards. 
  • Train / support training of users. 
  • Create user accesses to people systems for Hungary according to data security regulations and company policies. 
  • Deal with requirements from management and prepare ad hoc reports. 
  • Prepare basic control reports from Payroll & People systems. 
  • Provide data control in system and propose solution and solve any irregularity found. 
  • Reply to user queries. 
  • Liaise with Finance department. 
  • Cooperate with Tesco Technology.


Please note that this role is fixed-term until April 2027.


You will need

  • High School/ Graduate Education 
  • Intermediate English Knowledge 
  • 3-4 years professional experience 
  • Educated IT specialist or experienced super user of IT-related systems / databases is an advantage 
  • Min. 1 year of work experience in a HR system related position 
  • Knowledge of Labor Code, payroll legislation & personnel methodical HU 
  • Knowledge of GDPR guidelines & practices 
  • Analytical skills 
  • System approach 
  • Process coaching
