We're looking for a talented Senior UX Designer with a strong research background to help shape intuitive, user-centred experiences across a range of enterprise products. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end design process while driving impactful UX research that influences product strategy, informs decision-making, and ensures solutions meet the needs of colleagues, suppliers, and external partners.
Working within cross-functional teams, you'll transform complex business challenges into seamless, accessible, and engaging experiences. - Leading end-to-end UX design across enterprise products, from discovery through to delivery.
- Planning, conducting, and synthesising UX research to uncover user needs, behaviours, and opportunities.
- Translating research insights into intuitive, user-centred design solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Creating user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and stakeholders to define and deliver product experiences.
- Simplifying complex workflows and systems into seamless, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
- Facilitating workshops, user interviews, usability testing, and collaborative design sessions.
- Championing accessibility, inclusion, and best-practice human-centred design principles.
- Driving data-informed decision making through a combination of qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Communicating research findings, design rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Mentoring and supporting colleagues, helping to build UX and research capability across teams.
- Advocating for the voice of the user and embedding user-centred design thinking throughout the organisation.
- Continuously evaluating and improving experiences to ensure they meet user needs, business objectives, and accessibility standards.

- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
- A strong background in UX research, including planning, conducting, and analysing qualitative and quantitative research.
- Experience designing for complex products, enterprise platforms, or large-scale digital environments.
- Expertise in user-centred design methodologies, including journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong interaction design skills and a deep understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Experience translating user and business needs into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience working within agile, cross-functional product teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decisions.
- The ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- A proactive, organised, and self-motivated approach to work.
- Experience within retail, marketplace, or enterprise environments would be advantageous.
